Custom Cloisonne Soft Enamel Lapel Pins
Soft Enamel Lapel Pins - are created from a die that is made from the design that you approve. Your die (mold) is then struck from raw metal material, specifically from a copper bronze base. The stamping process creates raised and recessed areas along the pins face (very similar to a coin). Once the die is created and your pins are stamped from the die and checked for accuracy, your selected colors are hand-filled into the recessed areas with High Strength Enamel. The pins are then fired at 450°F for 12 to 15 minutes. An optional epoxy protective coating (dome) can then be applied to protect the color enamels from fading or cracking over time. Next, the pins are hand polished one at a time and then plated with either 18K Gold, Silver, Nickel, Black Nickel, or several variations of Antiquing. Finally, each pin is inspected for quality and then individually packaged and Delivered via FedEx Overnight Air directly to your destination.
